Daniel Faye Fern

Director of Operations + Client Concierge Services

Daniel grew up in Connecticut and eventually, his love of the New York City music scene drew him to NYC, where he lived for 14 years. He now splits his time between Los Angeles and NYC, as Director of Operations for Faye Fern Creative on both coasts. 

Aside from playing the guitar and drums, and singing in several bands, Daniel also produced events, music shows, and festivals for a decade. He then transitioned into weddings and events, as well as managing Faye Fern Creative's studio operations and client concierge services.

At events, his keen attention to detail, eye for aesthetics, respect for the creative process, and ability to rally moving parts towards a singular goal make him a natural steward for bringing all our company's productions to life. 

When Daniel is not coordinating events, overseeing the client experience, or managing project travel and logistics, he finds zest for life through exploring the globe, curating a never-ending list of shows to watch with his wife, and harassing their fat Ragamuffin cat. 

He speaks English and Hebrew.

Taylor Oyebadejo

Planner + Designer

Dr. Taylor Harris Oyebadejo has been designing weddings, events, florals, and interiors professionally for over 8 years.

She adores creating visual renderings of her concepts during the planning process, and bringing her digital designs to life with thoughtful execution. She also has extensive experience working with couples with diverse cultural and geographic backgrounds, and planning multicultural weddings - with an exceptional familiarity with Nigerian, Indian, and Asian traditions. 

Her designs have been featured in Junebug Weddings, Wedding Chicks, Hey Wedding Lady, California Wedding Day magazine, and more.

Taylor holds a master’s degree in psychology and a doctoral degree in social work. Prior to her creative career, she dedicated a decade of her life to helping veterans and ending homelessness through housing and supportive services.

When she’s not styling events and spaces, Taylor is also an accomplished Interior Designer, and loves spending time with her kitties.

Eugenia Tempesta

Coordinator

Born to a Vietnamese mother and Italian father, Eugenia spent her childhood growing up all over Europe before settling in Italy. In pursuit of her artistic endeavors, she later moved to New York City and then Los Angeles, where she now lives with her two children. She has a master's degree in engineering and speaks fluent English, Spanish, French, and Italian. 

Eugenia has been producing and coordinating weddings, events, music videos, and films for a decade. In a world where timelines are tight and expectations are high, she thrives under pressure and executes events with meticulous precision. Her creative resourcefulness in the face of challenges has earned her the trust of clients and vendors alike.

Eugenia's knack for logistics is also matched with an ability to connect with her couples on a personal level. Her warm and approachable demeanor instantly puts clients at ease, inspiring a collaborative atmosphere where ideas flourish and visions come to life.

Production Designer

Brendan Pike

Brendan Pike is an independent artist whose work bridges the worlds of visual storytelling and functional design. With a background as a production designer in film, Brendan brings a cinematic sensibility and a deep understanding of atmosphere to every piece he creates.

At Faye Fern Creative, Brendan collaborates on the creation of custom-built pieces for weddings and events, drawing on his experience in set design to craft environments that feel rich, intentional, and unforgettable. His work reflects a dedication to craft, narrative detail, and the emotional power of space — transforming raw materials into objects that tell a story.

Shannon Simnor

Planner + VIP Concierge

Shannon Simnor is a wedding and event planner, and stationery designer with over eight years of experience - including positions at a leading New York City PR agency, and a parallel career in influencer marketing. She holds a double major in Public Relations and Hospitality Management from the University of Alabama, with a concentration in weddings and events.

She brings a rare combination of creative instinct and professional precision, approaching each celebration as both a logistical composition and work of art.

Her path into weddings began organically through years of designing and producing celebrations for friends and family, before evolving into formal client work. 

Shannon is recognized for her versatility and creative range, which spans creating custom wedding invitations and signage, calligraphy, event coordination, logistical prowess, VIP concierge services, and everything in between. She is deeply solutions-oriented, with a meticulous eye for detail and a calm, proactive approach that ensures every element is aligned to the client's vision.

Freda Hu

Freda Hu is a first-generation Chinese-American queer creative who speaks conversational Mandarin and Shanghainese.

She has an entertainment industry background in producing and an artistic flair that she brings to her event styling work. Her serene composure and steadfast reliability are a grounding presence for clients on event days.

Event Stylist + Assistant Production Coordinator 

Catarina Gonçalves

Catarina Gonçalves is originally from Brazil. She is fluent in English and Portuguese and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Her production work in events, films, and commercials has taken her all over the country and internationally. She brings to the team an exceptional eye for visual composition and set design, and a background rooted in coordinating complex logistics.

Luke Tracy

Luke has an extensive background in luxury hospitality, catering, and client services, allowing him to bring a refined, guest-centric approach to every event. His meticulous understanding of protocol bridges the gap between etiquette and exceptional guest experiences. He is known for his unflappable presence, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise, ensuring seamless execution in high-touch environments.
