Faye Fern Creative endeavors to nurture a diverse community within our spaces, and holds an active commitment to inclusivity, social responsibility, and ethical practices.
Natalie Faye Fern is a former New Yorker who chased the Southwestern sun and now lives in a 1940s Los Angeles bungalow with her husband and two cats.
Her background in galas and private events for theaters, brands, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals throughout the USA and Asia inspired her goal to create the same high level boutique experience for her wedding clients. She founded Faye Fern Creative out of a passion for authentic storytelling, thoughtful and conscious design, and cultivating intimate spaces that elevate beauty and true connection.
Collectively, our team has over 40 years of experience in art and creative production. Working with a small and extraordinary clientele enables us to deliver an exclusive level of design, planning, and service that reflects our attention to detail, and commitment to making every project special.

Natalie is the Founder and Creative Director, and has two decades of experience in the design and creative production industries. She dreamed up Faye Fern Creative to entwine her passion for intentional design with her penchant for storytelling across multiple art forms and mediums.
She majored in English at Harvard University, Design at RMIT in Australia, and trained at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute along the way. In NYC, she also founded her own independent film production company, and later, a photography studio and event space.
Natalie thrives on human connection and creating unique spaces where meaningful moments may transpire without getting lost in the crowd. She has lived on 3 continents and traveled to 30 countries, giving her a special talent for realizing inspired destination projects around the globe.
Her creative work has been published in Harpers Bazaar Singapore, Brides, L'Officiel, Elle, Carats & Cake, Style Me Pretty, Green Wedding Shoes, The Knot Magazine, and WedLuxe to name a few. She has also worked with brands including Givenchy, Hugo Boss, Clinique, L'Oreal, Public Goods, and Cleanomics; and styled and shot campaigns for Jenny Yoo, Rue de Seine, Grace Loves Lace, Mejuri, Fossil, Missoma, and Faherty.
When she's not designing and creating for her clients, Natalie loves traveling, decorating her home, photography, and live music.
Daniel grew up in Connecticut and eventually, his love of the New York City music scene drew him to NYC, where he lived for 14 years before moving to Los Angeles.
Aside from playing the guitar and drums, and singing in several bands, Daniel also planned events, music shows, and festivals for a decade. He then transitioned into producing weddings and brand campaigns, and now also manages operations for all Faye Fern design projects.
As our on-site Lead Stylist, his keen attention to detail, eye for aesthetics, respect for the creative process, and ability to rally moving parts towards a singular goal make him a natural steward for bringing all our company's designs to life.
He finds meaning, vitality, and zest for life through adventure and exploring the globe, and can think of no better way to facilitate special moments for all Faye Fern clients than by creating one-of-a-kind experiences and spaces that are warm, inspiring, and meaningful.
Dr. Taylor Harris Oyebadejo has been designing weddings, events, florals, and interiors professionally for over 5 years.
She fell in love with helping other couples produce their weddings after designing and planning her own. Taylor adores creating visual renderings of her designs during the planning process, and gets her thrills from making the digital designs a reality. She also has extensive experience working with couples with diverse cultural and geographic backgrounds, and planning multicultural weddings.
Her designs have been featured in Junebug Weddings, Wedding Chicks, Hey Wedding Lady, California Wedding Day magazine, and more.
Taylor also holds a master’s degree in psychology and a doctoral degree in social work. Outside of her creative career, she has dedicated the last ten years of her life and the foreseeable future to helping veterans and ending homelessness through housing and supportive services.
When she’s not styling events and spaces, you can find her decorating her own home and spending time with her kitties.
Born to a Vietnamese mother and Italian father, Eugenia spent her childhood growing up all over Europe before settling in Italy. In pursuit of her artistic endeavors, she later moved to New York City and then Los Angeles, where she now lives with her two children. She has a master's degree in engineering and speaks fluent English, Spanish, French, and Italian.
Eugenia has been producing and coordinating weddings, events, music videos, and films for a decade. In a world where timelines are tight and expectations are high, she thrives under pressure and executes events with meticulous precision. Her calm demeanor in the face of challenges has earned her the trust of clients and vendors alike.
Eugenia's knack for logistics is also matched with an ability to connect with her couples on a personal level. Her warm and approachable demeanor instantly puts clients at ease, inspiring a collaborative atmosphere where ideas flourish and visions come to life.
Designing and planning vibrant cultural + multicultural weddings has become one of our fortes. Modern aesthetics blend with tradition to illuminate profound expressions of love. Our team deeply appreciates the rich traditions that make these weddings so special, and our expertise lies in weaving together diverse design elements, complex customs, and cultural legacies.
Our heritage has played a pivotal role in shaping our nuanced approach, and each of us has had a multicultural wedding of our own. Natalie and Daniel had a Singaporean/Jewish wedding in Sedona; Taylor, a Nigerian/Western wedding in Palm Springs; and Eugenia, an Italian Catholic/Vietnamese Buddhist wedding in Italy - all of us having experienced the unique challenges of merging cultures and an accompanying lack of robust resources within the American/western wedding industry.
We bring to the table our unique perspectives and years of experience planning extraordinary cultural weddings including Persian, Indian, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Jewish, Singaporean, Indonesian, Filipino, Lebanese, Mexican, Bolivian, Puerto Rican, Caribbean, and Nigerian celebrations.
We seek to honor the heritage of all our couples by crafting meaningful and visually stunning experiences in harmony with their cultural rituals. To create events that transcend divides, and celebrate love authentically and fearlessly.
Weaving human connectivity lies at the soul of most Faye Fern Creative designs - be it a wedding reception tablescape or a desert installation for a brand experience. We revel in being catalysts,
bringing people together, bonding with our clients, and
gathering with warm spirits.
